      Hi there,

I am having some troubles when pinging devices, currently I'm pinging about 500 devices each minute and running an couple of external checks each 3 hours. Everything goes well until after a few hours monitoring those devices the computer's hard drive fills up with data! When i check directories found that /temp/ folder is filled with more than 100 Gb of data, i notice this because there were strange errors when checking for the latest data in Zabbix web page. The files listed in this directory are something like this:
      drwx------ 2 zabbix zabbix 4096 May 18 10:48 _MEIzw16WL
      drwx------ 2 zabbix zabbix 4096 May 18 15:49 _MEIZXHSgF
      drwx------ 2 zabbix zabbix 4096 May 18 14:17 _MEIZYa5qO
      drwx------ 2 zabbix zabbix 4096 May 21 09:43 _MEIZz7T8w

There are a lot of them.

When I reboot the computer all this files are gone, but once i start monitoring, naturally they start filling up the hard drive again.

On my zabbix server configuration file has the default values.

Any idea what could be wrong? Do i need to expand my hard drive until this behavior stabilises? Or maybe need to do the house keeping of this directory manually each...two hours?

      Thanks for your help!

      Regards.
