Hostid parameter disappears from "Create discovery" button link after discovery on the same host is updated

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Go to Configuration -> Hosts -> Discovery rules
      2. Open any rule for editing
      3. Click to Update button
      4. Try to Create new discovery rule

      Result:
      Form contains error 

      Undefined index: hostid [ in host_discovery.php:254]
