Can't close action tooltip after page refresh

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Go to User profile /profile.php
      2. Change "Refresh" time to 5s
      3. Go to "Problems" page
      4. Add acknowledgments message
      5. Mouse over actions
      6. Wait till page refresh

      Result:
      Tooltip stuck and can't be closed
      Expected:
      After the page refresh and when mouse is not over action - toolltip is closed
