Unable to find offical 3.4 windows OS template

      Hello,

       

      I'm unable to find the original 3.4 Windows OS template for zabbix. I accidently removed that template from zabbix so I'm missing the service.discovery and I can't any docs to recreate it. I tried to readd the one I had but it didn't fix the windows OS template I have now. Can you assist and do step by step to get me back with the original windows OS template 3.4
