Template D-LINK no cpu-utilisation

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. use one of the D-Link Templates that shipped with the latest zabbix 3.4 version
      2. use it with a D-Link switch

      Result:
      the CPU-Utilization is not available
      Expected:
      a working CPU utilization

      it look like that D-Link change the OID for cpu-utilisation in a newer firmware version
