Hi, when you install the zabbix agent, it should have a HOMEDIR, in /etc/passwd is /var/lib/zabbix set, but it was not created. But it looks like a conflict because the standard alertscript/external scripts from the server are located in /usr/lib/zabbix. You need a homeidr if you want to use the mysql-userparameter.conf so please use only ONE path and create an homedir automaticly.
