Importing template fails: "undefined method CTemplate::add()"

      In version 1.8 I'm not able to import a template.
      Apache logging gives the following error:

      PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined method CTemplate::add() in include/export.inc.php

      It seems that the add function is missing in api/classes/class.ctemplate.php.
