Steps to reproduce:

1. Set dark theme in user settings
2. Create Problem widget
3. Set Show Problems in widget settings
4. Generate new problem to see it blinking in widget
5. As text color is connected to severity color it might not be readable at all in dark theme
   

Expected result
Text is contrast to background and well readable as it is done in Problems page
