We are getting mysql alert after upgrading zabbix 2.0.9 to 3.4.9

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. We have upgraded Zabbix 2.0.9 to 3.4.9, after upgradation we get below alerts in monitoring tool(zabbix).
      2. Also we have some custom scripts for advanced monitoring of DB,application,etc and these advanced monitoring is not working after upgradation on zabbix_agent on host.

      Please check and suggest solution for the same.
