      Ubuntu 14.04.4 LTS

      If a network segment fails, other network segments are also triggered.

      The problem occurs in 10.12.0.0/16 network segment (vpn is down), at the same time, other network segments are also triggered.(10.22.0.0/16 and 10.23.0.0/16,the network is up and running)

      I'm sure there no associations between the two network segments.
