      Steps to reproduce:
      Open up documentation for 3.0, 3.4, 4.0 versions, search for vfs.file.time item, see desciption:

      file - full path to the file
mode - possible values:
modify (default) - modification time, access - last access time, change - last change time

      Expected:
      Add additional information like:

      Access - the last time the file was read
Modify - the last time the file was modified (content has been modified)
Change - the last time meta data of the file was changed (e.g. permissions)
