In 4.0.0alpha9 for ZBX-12957, the trapper process time adjustment function is removed and for the data without ns-level time, e.g. 1.8 agent, it adds ns incremently from 0 for received block

But Zabbix agent sends data by block, concerning with BufferSend parameter. When the agents send same clock without ns data 2 or more times. Trapper processes create same timestamp data.

So, I create the function with Zabbix Shared Memory.
