Hi all!

I would need from you some help on a weird zabbix server behavior.

We are monitoring around 500 sat terminals using ICMP template.

In normal operation, if some of our customer terminals go down, "Unavailable by ICMP ping" appears correctly while the terminal is not in service.

But sometimes, even though affected terminal comes up again, associated problem doesn't go away, keeping in "triggered" condition forever.

I'm looking to manually clean up things when this problem appears, but I'd like to avoid this kind of interventions.

Is this a known bug you may be aware of, in this specific server version (3.4.5)?

Note: JIRA does not allow me to choose zabbix version I actually have installed (3.4.5, see environment field), so I chose the closest one (3.4.11). What gives?

This issue is really critical for our Ops Center to bring correct support to our customers.
