1. frontend wizard should check for more php features that supposedly should be included in php, but are known to be ripped out by distributors (one example being domdocument, but there might be more).

2. additionally, all checks should be performed upon every zabbix superadmin login and a warning displayed in frontend if some fail.

3. in administration section, page with all checks (probably just calling the functionality from wizard for now) should be added - something like Administration -> General -> Compatibility.

while first two probably should be implemented for 1.8, last one maybe only for trunk
