Steps to reproduce:

1. when i creat auto discovery or  auto registered,Action only has add host or add group,zabbix can auto find the new host,and add the new host to host or group
2. then,I can manual link the new host to template os windows 
3. when i creat auto discovery or  auto registered,Action has add host or add group and link to template os windows ,zabbix can auto find the new host ,but can't add to host or group
4. zabbix agent config just mofiy "server=ip","active server=ip"and'HostMetadataItem=system.uname'
5. firewall is always close
6. ...

I think this is a bug,can somebody solve it ,thanks!
