This is either a bug or I'm an idiot and have missed something obvious, I'm happy with either outcome, please help!

I'm running v3.4.9 but don't see a fix for my issue in the release notes for 3.4.10,11,12 and I can't select 3/4/9 above.

I have a trigger of INFORMATION severity as follows which works correctly: 

{HOSTNAME:dynamics.opsunassigned.last()}>0

Then I have an action with the following conditions:

Time period in 1-5,08:30-17:30
Trigger = HOSTNAME: Unassigned Dynamics opportunities requiring pre-sales: 1   

The issue I'm seeing is that after 17:30 during week days the action still fires, opposed to starting up the next morning at 08:30.

Unless this is expected behaviour because the trigger was in PROBLEM state before the time period started?
