      Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 7.5 (Maipo)

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Define a new action is auto registration for prod linux hosts
      2. Define conditions as "Host metadata not like WIN" and "_Host metadata like _PROD"
      3. Define operations as "Send message to user groups: ZabbixSuperAdmins via all media" and "Add to host groups: IBM_UNIX PROD, Linux servers, Production (PRI)" and "Link to templates: PRI, Template_IBM_Linux, Template_UNIX_TopMemoryProcs"

      Result:
      A new agent got auto-registered for every minute

      Expected:
      A new agent got auto-registered only once.
