zabbix server show https service down but it showing up in agent

      Cent OS 7.5,
      zabbix_agentd (daemon) (Zabbix) 3.4.13

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. attached default http service monitoring
      2. start agent on client
      3. run zabbix_agentd -t net.tcp.service[https] it will give [u|1]
      4. But when you check on zabbix server Monitoring > Latest Data > (server)
      5. It will show Down(0) in last value column

      Expected:
      Monitoring > Latest Data > (server) > Last Value UP(1)
