host status widget shows a host with 1 average warning. I can't find the issue

      zabbix 3.4.13 - mysql 5.6 database

      Steps to reproduce:

      Host Status Widget:

      Hostgroup shows 1 average warning, I drill down to a host that it indicates it has the issue, Host shows up in host status dashboard widget - 1 average warning

      I click on the hostname, and it brings me to another screen "Problems"

      nothing shows up as far as a problem.  

      System Status Widget: doesn't show any issues for that hostgroup. 

      How do I clear this up?
