The "System information" widget isn't visible under "Reports", but can be added on a dashboard by Zabbix User or Admin.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new dashboard
2. Click "Add a new widget"
3. Select "System information" in the list

Result:
Zabbix User or Admin can see "System information" report with details about monitored hosts, users online, etc.

Expected:
Zabbix User or Admin can't see "System information" report at all.
As an option, the mentioned widget should display information based on the user's permissions. Example (assuming that user has access to 10 hosts only): "Number of hosts: 10" instead of "Number of hosts: 5000" (i.e. all).
