Option "Show timeline" (from 4.0) in Monitoring -> Problems must be checked by default, but when navigating from Dashboard it gets unchecked.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Trigger a problem.
2. Navigate to Monitoring -> Dashboard.
3. In widgets "Problems by severity" (checkbox "Show timeline" must be checked) or "Problem hosts" click on host group name or host name.

Result:
Monitoring->Problems is opened. Checkbox "Show timeline" is unchecked.

Expected:
Checkbox "Show timeline" in Monitoring -> Problems gets unchecked only when there is appropriate widget setting and it is unchecked.

Similar situation is with the following checkboxes:

• "Show hosts in maintenance" (3.4 only)
• "Show unacknowledged only"

These widget settings not being taken into account when click on host group name or host name.
Also, when clicking on links Latest data, Triggers (3.4 only) and Problems in Host inventory, filter default parameters being passed through URL. For example "Show hosts in maintenance" is checked by default, but when clicking on link Triggers, show_maintenance=1 being passed.
