Tables markup is broken on Overview and System info pages in HC themes

Steps to reproduce:
1. Turn on HC Light theme (in HC Dark it also reproduces, but harder to see)
2. Go to Monitoring -> Overview page
3. Scroll down till the end

Result:
Lower border has different thickness on first part:
