      Incrorrect processing of the "count" function in Zabbix v1.8.
      In case If exists such trigger

      {localhost:web.test.fail[www.somehost.com].count(60,1)}

      >3 then trigger will be alarmed always, but should be alarmed in case error was 3 time during last minute.
