Steps to reproduce:

Zabbix Server + Proxy Upgraded from 3.4 to 4.0 via packages
Reboot of the whole systems
open frontend with Firefox 62.0.3 or Chrome Version 69.0.3497.100
tested on Debian, Raspbian and Windows 10

Result:

1. Filter arent working in Latest data - you cannot choose any Host Group or Host. Its only possible to select a application.

2. Same for "Problems" Tab

3. Its not possible to display a graph in a specific Time frame. Its also inpossible to choose a different timeframe by clicking "last 2 hours" and "Apply" - the filter dont get executed.

Seems like that a part of the Java Scripts getting blocked by Chrome and Firefox

Javascript is automaticly allowed on Chrome, IE and Firefox only flash need to be confirmed

Workaround:

all working fine with IE 11 11.345.17134.0
