Unable to start Zabbix Server 4

      Sorry, but some days I do not understand what happened.
      After a couple of days I upgraded zabbix from 3.4 to 4.0, it suddenly stopped working.
      It is installed on Ubuntu 16.04.
      Before redoing everything I would like to understand what and where I may have been wrong.
