OK so I finally got the VM mounted into VSphere.

From the document it shows me that I should get an option to choice my installation type but I don't all I get is this screen:

I have also checked through the document and I cannot get past this screen at all as I don't know the user/pass.

Also I need to assign it a static IP address but having issues with that too.

Any help would be great as I really want to get this product up and running!
