value history view is bound by full minute. this means that it is not possible to view new values for the current minute until minute changes.

for example, at 57:05 arrives new value, at 57:35 another, but they can only be seen in the history view when minute on the client host changes to 58. scrollbar slightly moves to the left and can be dragged till the end, but that does not make values appear.
