Steps to reproduce:
1) Navigate to graph configuration of host or template with at least 100+ items
2) Create a new graph and add as much items as you can
3) Change Graph type
4) See what happens when page reloads
Result:
1) items are listed starting with number '2';
2) only 98 or sometimes 99 items are listed;
3) PHP error appears:
