It is possible to open second context menu, without it closing previous one.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the page with multiple context menus (Monitoring -> Problems, Monitoring -> Map, ...)
2. Open first context menu
3. Open second context menu

Result: First context menu is left open.
Expected: Only one context menu is open at a time.

Note: If after these steps context menus are closed, this error cannot be reproduced, without page reload.
Note 2: If single context menu is opened, then closed, then problem still can be reproduced.
