      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create trigger with Description field = {ITEM.LASTVALUE}
      2. Post/get some values for the item, fire up trigger, for example log item value: 
        Filename:/srv/some/logs/java_pid9999.hprof Size:0 MB At: Oct 12 12:27

      Result:
