ICMP Ping and Port forwarding issue

      Sir/Madam,
      I have installed Zabbix server in a desktop computer in my head office internal network . Zabbix server IP is 192.168.1.22 and gateway IP is 192.168.1.254 which WAN IP
      is 10.17.31.4. I have 120 branch office where wan IPs are same series 10.17.31.1 - 120. After installation I am trying to monitoring UPTIME/ DOWNTIME my all Routers connected through WAN IPs. I am failed to monitor them but in my internal network i have manage to monitor my local desktops by installing zabbix agent. now you may kindly help me to monitor all those WAN IPS of my branch networks. All the routers not support SNMP.
