Web scenario post fields do not persist on scenario update

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create web scenario
      2. Add step with Post type as Form data and enter post name and value
      3. Save
      4. Edit web scenario
      5. Change Required string input value
      6. Update step
      7. Update web scenario
      8. Edit web scenario and open step

      Result: empty post name and value and type was changed to raw data

      Expected: post fields to persist
