ZABBIX APPLIANCE 4.0.1 - Email authentication does not work

      Zabbix Appliance 4.0.1 type vmware deployed on the ESXi 5.1
       

      I installed the ZABBIX 4.0.1 appliance on an ESXi 5.1 and I have a problem with email notifications, which work correctly with media type email without authentication but go wrong when I use authentication with user and passowrd (error login failed).

      How can I investigate the problem, already knowing that the SMTP server handles authentication correctly?
