PHP error in "Problems by severity" is there is no problems

    Description

      Just upgraded 4.0 appliance to 4.3rc3 server to test {ITEM.LASTVALUE} proposed workaround.

      If no problems present - we see error in dashboard.

      If there are some problems : no errors.
