i installed zabbix 3.4 with distributed architecture (zabbix server and zabbix proxy)

i Upgrade zabbix server and proxy and all of my agents to 4.0.2

after 2 weeks i have problem with all agents on proxy

this is my issue:

the agent works and can not see any error (DebugLevel=5)

the proxy get all agents information like the attachment (ProxyLog.txt)(DebugLevel=5)

the server logs is like attachment (ServerLog.txt)(DebugLevel=5)

and sometimes I see the string "item does not have enough data after server start or item creation" for my host

 

But the graphs isnt show items (where monitor with zabbix_proxy) and in the dashboard my hosts have error :

and in latest data i can see the latest value of AgentHost Items

it seems that the only problem is in graph drawing
