The PHP front-end shows that the import was successful when importing a template that has incorrectly formatted items. As a result of this, the template object does get created but there are no items. The user gets a false impression that the import was successful.

This happens when trying to import a template that worked successfully with Zabbix 1.6.7, using the exact same file.

It appears that with 1.8, all the <item></item> groups need to be encompassed within a <items></items>. This was not necessary with 1.6.7.
