While create new user password field is mandatory (for LDAP auth mode)

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Have auth LDAP enabled
      2. Open dialog for creating new user

      Result:
      Password field marked with * as mandatory.
      It could be skipped and the user will be created without errors and any password.

      Expected:
      The password is useless for users with LDAP authentification.
      Probably it shouldn't has the mandatory mark.
