Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a map with objects, links etc. 
2. Create a dashboard and put the newly created map in widget.
3. Optionally add other smaller widgets on the right to fully utilize the width of the screen.
4. Open this dashboard in IE11

Result:
The map gets cut off from left side once the browser window is resized to smaller or the map originally is wider than the widget. Reload of the page does not help. 

Same applies if the map is used in combination with Map navigation tree widget.

Expected:
Map resized adapting to widget width as it happens in Chrome and even Edge.
