Zabbix proxy can wait long time if increment offset is not 1

      It is better to document such behaviour in official documentation.

      Zabbix proxy checks proxy history iteration number and if difference more than one it trying to wait uncommitted data, while increment offset is not 1 it is possible to wait forever.
