1. Go to Configuration->Triggers page. Make sure the host name is not one or two symbols, but a longer name. Preferably that you have items and triggers on that host too.
2. Resize browser - change width to smaller.
3. Observe that "Filter" tab goes on top of sub navigation "Web scenarios".
This happens at least on on FF, Chrome and IE.

Another noticeable difference is when there is no longer enough space, the sub navigation jumps down, but this doesn't happen on IE.
