Map error appears after Disable Host inventory when using Automatic icon selection

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Use Automatic icon mapping from Network maps.
      2. Check Automatic icon selection on Map element.
      3. Disable Host inventory from host.
      4. Show Maps, below message will appear,please refer attached picture.

      Undefined index: notes [zabbix.php:21 → require_once() → ZBase->run() → ZBase->processRequest() → CView->getOutput() → include() → CScreenMap->get() → CMapHelper::get() → CMapHelper::resolveMapState() → getSelementsInfo() → getIconByMapping() in include/maps.inc.php:1863]

      Only can reproduce on version 4.0.4
