Since February 16th, that the data is not being displayed in the csv file.

Customer, have stated that no new activity have been performed on the node.

The Zabbix server is running on overcloud-controller and the same can be seen in the crontab.

The zbx_metrics_exporter.py is suppossly collecting stats and depositing them into the /var/log/zabbix/metrics/zbx_metrics_18022019.csv file, like should be. However, when we open the csv file, the same is empty and the information is missing.

We have checked the /var/log/zabbix/metrics and the scripts present in the /var/lib/zabbix/alertscripts directory, and seems fine.

Also, have checked if this script was present in the cron, but the same wasn't. Also, doesn't know if it is a mandatory, since it wasn't present before and the data was being imported to the csv file correctly.

There is something missing in the cron?

Should some restart be performed in the zabbix server?

What could be causing this issue?

To have data in the csv file.
