getting error while starting zabbix-server

      while installing  and starting the zabbix server using the command [systemctl restart zabbix-server zabbix-agent apache2] , I am getting getting the systemctl: command not found. Please give me the solution how to fix this. I am using Ubuntu 14.04 LTS version operating system
