Map screen produces request with invalid iconid

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. open any map (it can be empty)
      2. open Network monitor in a browser

      Result:
      PHP error: 

      Undefined variable: image [imgstore.php:99 -> CConfigFile->{closure}() in imgstore.php:99]
getimagesizefromstring(): Read error! [imgstore.php:99 -> getimagesizefromstring() -> CConfigFile->{closure}() in imgstore.php:99]

      Expected:

      1. maps shouldn't produce such requests
      2. no PHP errors with such requests.
