Submap doesn't open in map widget

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create Map and Submap
      2. Create dashboard and add map widget with top map
      3. Click on map element to open context menu
      4. Navigate to submap

      Result:
      Submap is open on the map page (Monitoring->Maps)
      Expected:
      Submap is open in widget
