Proxy with Oracle backend doesn't update configuration data after upgrade to 4.0.5

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Upgrade zabbix-proxy to verstion 4.0.5 (from 4.0.3).

      Result:
      Every time Server sends configuration data there is backtrace in Proxy log with oracle error: ORA-24373: invalid length specified for statement []. See attached log.

      Monitoring works for items, which was added before upgrade. But new items isn't checked.
      Expected:
      Proxy configuration data updates normally.
