Sending SMS with wrong characters

      Zabbix Server 3.0.25 (Debian/PostgreSQL)

      When sending sms with built-in module, message content wrong characters.

      Using a custom script, it works correctly.

      This problem appear after upgrade from 3.0.24 to 3.0.25.
