In overlay popups with scrollbar, the right side of content is not visible.

      In multiple overlay dialogues, the the right side of content is not visible if scrollbar appears.

      Some places where it happens:

      • preprocessing tests dialog;
      • problems widget (e.g., with many tags).

      This happens on Firefox because Firefox is drawing scrollbar inside the box, making available space smaller.
