      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Configure Zabbix as shown in attachment (action.png and discovery_rules.png)
      2. Make those host down and wait till all conditions are met

      Result:
      See action_log.png. Alerts are fired multiple times

      Expected:
      Alerts will only be sent once
