Zabbix Windows Agent vfs.fs.discovery does not find filesystems with ReFS if they are mounted to an directory

      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Format a drive in Windows with ReFS
      2. Mount the drive to a folder/directory 
      3. Execute zabbix_agentd.exe -t vfs.fs.discover

      Result:
             New drive with filesystem ReFS is missing in the JSON string, because it is not disovered.
      Expected:
             Should be discovered like a NTFS filesystem

      If you add a drive letter to the ReFS drive it is discoverd
